The ITC (International Trade Center) is located at Rua Fidêncio Ramos 420, Vila Olímpia, São Paulo. We combine the comfort of a residential apartment with the full structure of a hotel: 24-hour reception, 2 heated pools (indoor and outdoor), dry sauna, gym, ground-floor restaurant (breakfast available separately) and included valet parking.

Access cards are picked up at the hotel reception, integrated with the building. Our units are renovated flats, all served by cleaning and housekeeping, with hotel-grade amenities.

We reinvent the way you stay at hotels: you have full hotel service combined with the privacy and equipment of an apartment. Nespresso coffee capsules and complimentary minibar drinks in every unit.

The You Stay team supports guests from 8am to 4pm, assisting with anything the hotel staff cannot handle.

Arrive straight at the hotel front desk, open 24h. Show a photo ID of the reservation holder. The booking is in their name, no printed voucher needed. The front desk hands over the access card to the apartment and the common areas (pool, gym, sauna). Check-in from 3pm.
