You Stay runs renovated apartments in two hotels in Vila Olímpia: the ITC Vila Olímpia and the Hotel The World Vila Olímpia. Both are in the same neighborhood, a few minutes apart. This guide shows what is the same, what changes and how to choose.
What the two have in common
Both have 24-hour hotel reception, cleaning with hotel-grade amenities during your stay, a pool, sauna and gym, and a restaurant on the ground floor, with breakfast paid separately, directly to the hotel. Each apartment has an equipped mini pantry (minibar, microwave, Nespresso machine and utensils), complimentary still water and coffee capsules. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 12 noon.
What changes
ITC Vila Olímpia, at Rua Fidêncio Ramos 420, in the core of Vila Olímpia, a few minutes from Avenida Faria Lima.
- Two heated pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
- Parking included, with valet.
- Pets accepted at no extra cost. The animal stays in the apartment, with no access to the hotel’s common areas.
- Apartments above the 8th floor, in the King, Quarto e Sala and Two Queen layouts.

- Outdoor pool with a jacuzzi.
- Valet charged separately.

How to choose
For most trips, both work. Four points decide:
- Pets: only the ITC accepts them.
- Car: at the ITC parking is included; at The World, valet is charged separately.
- Pool: the ITC has two heated pools; The World has an outdoor pool with a jacuzzi.
- Beds: King and Quarto e Sala exist only at the ITC. For four people in two queen beds, both have it.
If none of these matters to you, choose by availability for your dates: not every layout is free all the time. Check at book or get to know each type at apartments.
